GENORIS Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Ludaro Games is an independent game studio and the developer of GENORIS.

2. Information used by the game

GENORIS may store information required to operate the game and preserve player progress, including:

• game progress, discoveries, rewards, resources and collection data;
• player preferences and settings;
• the player name entered inside the game;
• a game-generated player identifier;
• the selected profile avatar;
• information related to figurines, scratch cards and other saved gameplay features;
• information you voluntarily provide when contacting support.

Game progress and profile information may be stored locally on the player's device unless a future account or cloud feature is explicitly enabled.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to:

• operate GENORIS and preserve game progress;
• display the player's saved profile, avatar, collections and settings;
• provide rewards and gameplay features;
• provide player support;
• diagnose technical problems and improve game stability where diagnostic services are enabled;
• help prevent abuse, fraud or technical misuse.

4. Third-party services

GENORIS may use platform or third-party services when those features are enabled in a released version of the game. These may include Google Play services, Firebase services or advertising technologies used for optional rewarded advertising.

When a third-party service processes information, its own privacy policy and terms may also apply.

5. Optional rewarded advertising

If rewarded advertising is available in GENORIS, the player chooses whether to request and view a rewarded advertisement. Advertising providers may process device, advertising or interaction information as permitted by applicable law and the player's privacy choices.

6. Account and platform features

GENORIS does not require a separate Ludaro Games account to use its basic local gameplay features. If optional platform account or cloud features are introduced, this policy will be updated to explain the information involved.

7. Data storage and retention

Game progress and profile information may be stored locally on the player's device. Removing the application, clearing application data or resetting the device may remove locally stored information if no cloud backup feature is available.

Information handled by third-party services is retained according to those providers' policies and the configuration used by GENORIS.

8. Your choices

Players may choose whether to use optional features such as rewarded advertising or future account connections when those features are available. Privacy choices provided by the device, Google or another relevant service provider may also apply.

9. Children

GENORIS is not intended to collect personal information from children beyond what is necessary to provide the game and its configured platform services. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information may contact Ludaro Games using the address below.

10. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when GENORIS, its services or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
